Jessica Burton is the founder and CEO of Friendly Atmosphere Mentoring. Jessica has a degree in Early Childhood Education and believes that sometimes we need to get back to the basics of fun in order to allow children to open up and be able to receive information which is why she chose to do a peer mentoring program. She believes that with so many children dealing with rejection, comparison, bullying as well as the other social and emotional situations, there needs to be a safe outlet for them to express themselves and come up with solutions. Jessica believes in providing community service opportunities that provoke empathy and relationship building that expands beyond social media.

Jessica oversees the entire operation and creates innovative ways to continue to reach our teens on different levels.
